How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?
Most orders arrive within 5 – 7 business days.
When you place your order, it will usually be packed and shipped within 24 hours. We pack and ship Monday – Friday.
We have all our inventory in stock, so it is packed and shipped directly by us!
Who Do You Use For Shipping?
We use the US postal service for most orders, but will also occasionally use UPS or FedEx.
Do you offer overnight or expedited shipping?
Currently, we are not offering overnight or expedited shipping.
Do you ship outside the US?
No, currently we only ship within the US.
Can I return my items?
We have a 30-day return policy.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Let us know your name, the order number and the issue. We work Monday – Friday and are usually able to respond within 3 days.
Unfortunately, due to the ever-increasing costs of shipping, we are unable to refund shipping fees.
If your order is returned to us due to an error or negligence on your part, such as providing an incorrect shipping address, you will be charged a shipping fee before we resend or refund the order.
What if my order arrives incorrect or damaged?
If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or the wrong quantity, please contact us using the Contact Form.
Be sure to include your name, order number and the issue. We’re more than happy to help! We answer most emails within 3 days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, but you better be quick! 🙂
We work very hard to pack and ship as quickly as possible so you get your items ASAP. This means the window for changing or canceling is short – maybe 6 – 12 hours.
